I’ll explain to you the most important facts about health and show you how being better aware of your health already makes you healthier!
Pillar 3: Exercises
The exercises are accompanied by special fascial grips that make them more effective. Furthermore, I will show you how you can make healthy movements a fun part of your everyday life – without having to spend a lot of time on it!
Pillar 4: Useful health program for home:
Upon request, I will prepare you an induvial health program to use at home or at the gym.
